Upload your domains one time. Smart Transfer Scheduler batches them by expiration date, schedules each transfer automatically, and only charges you as each batch actually transfers.
Built for portfolio owners moving dozens, hundreds, or thousands of domains — without the manual tracking that usually comes with it.
Instead of transferring domains one by one, submit your full list in a single step. Smart Transfer Scheduler takes it from there — no need to track expiration dates, auth codes, or transfer windows yourself.
Domains are organized into transfer batches based on when they expire, and each batch is scheduled at the optimal time before that expiration. You don't have to plan the sequence — Atom does it for you.
Moving a large portfolio all at once can be a significant upfront cost. Smart Transfer Scheduler spreads that cost out: you only pay for your first batch upfront, and future batches are automatically charged at the time they transfer.
As each batch approaches its transfer window, Atom notifies you of anything you need to handle — auth codes, domain locks, or payment updates — five days ahead of time. You only act when something actually needs your attention.
From upload to transfer-closed, here's the full path.
Submit your full domain list once — no need to transfer one at a time.
Our system processes your domains in the background and checks transfer eligibility — including domain registration status and whether each domain can be transferred.
See how your domains are grouped by expiration date before anything is scheduled.
Respond to reminders for auth codes, unlocks, or payment updates as each batch approaches.
Watch each batch move through Scheduled, Preparing, In Progress, and Transfer Closed.
Every Smart Transfer domain is priced at the AtomEdge rate: the same at-cost pricing AtomEdge members get on registration and renewal, with no membership required. Transferring 100 or more domains also unlocks ongoing AtomEdge membership, including reduced marketplace commission on future sales.
AtomEdge rates track our own registry costs and are intended to always stay at or below cost. If a rate ever changes, you'll see the updated price in your Transfer Center before any future batch is charged, with the option to edit or cancel that batch.
Once your portfolio crosses 100 domains registered with Atom, you become an AtomEdge member automatically — no membership fee. Here's what changes on every future sale.
| Listing Level | Sale Price Range | Standard Commission | AtomEdge Commission |
|---|---|---|---|
| Standard | All sales | 7.5% | 4.5% |
| Plus | All sales | 15% | 12.5% |
| Premium | Under $4,998 | 30% | 25% |
| Premium | $4,999 – $49,999 | 25% | 20% |
| Premium | $50,000 – $74,999 | 20% | 15% |
| Premium | $75,000+ | 15% | 12.5% |
| AtomPay | Transaction fee (min. $10) | 4.5%–1.35% | 2.25%–0.68% |
Commission discounts apply only to domains transferred into the Atom registrar — not your entire portfolio — and become active 30 days after transfer. All other AtomEdge benefits, including at-cost pricing, Atom Coins, and appraisal credits, are available immediately upon joining. See the full AtomEdge program →

These Terms govern your use of the Smart Transfer Scheduler ("Service"). They add to Atom's existing agreements and do not replace them. The warranty disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, and jury-trial-waiver terms in the Domain Registration Agreement and Terms of Service apply fully. If anything conflicts, the order of precedence in the Terms of Service controls.
Preparing each domain for transfer is your responsibility. Requirements for a valid auth code (TAC), an unlocked domain, and eligibility under the 60-day and lifecycle rules are set out in the Transfer Policy. For each batch, before its transfer date you must: (a) provide a valid, current auth code for each domain; (b) unlock each domain; and (c) keep a working payment method on file. You are responsible for the accuracy of all domains and details you upload.
For your first batch, a valid auth code for each domain is required before payment. For later batches, auth codes must be in place before the batch's transfer date, within the timeframe stated in our reminders.
Because only you can complete the steps in Section 1, Atom is not responsible for any transfer that fails or is delayed because an auth code was not provided in time, a domain was not unlocked, the payment method was invalid, uploaded data was incorrect, or another required step was not completed.
We may remind you of outstanding steps, typically starting five (5) days before a batch's transfer date by email and dashboard banner, and daily thereafter while items remain outstanding. We do not guarantee delivery or timing of any reminder. Monitor your dashboard and email, including spam folders. A missed reminder does not extend any deadline or excuse a missed step.
You may remove domains from a batch in your dashboard until the batch moves to "In Progress." After that, domains are locked in and cannot be removed, and Atom is not responsible for transfer fees on domains you did not remove beforehand. Once a transfer is underway, your losing registrar may separately allow you to cancel or reject it; those timeframes are set by that registrar and vary, so check with them directly.
The Service is not a renewal service. A domain may expire before its batch transfer completes. Expiration, grace, and redemption timelines are governed by the Domain Life Cycle (ERRP) Policy and generally set by the losing registrar. Tracking expiration dates and renewing with your current registrar remain your responsibility. Atom is not liable for any loss, expiration, deletion, redemption cost, or non-renewal, whether before, during, or after a batch.
If a domain fails to transfer, we may offer a retry option. Retrying does not guarantee success. We are not obligated to retry a failed transfer and are not liable for transfers that fail after one or more attempts.
Fees for completed transfers are non-refundable except where required by law. If we charged you for a transfer that did not complete, we will refund that charge. If your payment method is invalid or a charge fails, the affected batch is paused until you update payment and complete the charge. Transfers in that batch will not proceed while payment is outstanding.
Whether a transfer completes depends on factors outside our control, including the losing registrar, the registry, and ICANN policy. We do not guarantee that any transfer will succeed or complete by a particular time.
The Service is provided "as is." Atom's warranty disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification terms in the Domain Registration Agreement and Terms of Service apply fully.
We may suspend, limit, or end your access to the Service at any time, consistent with the Terms of Service. If we discontinue the Service, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes affecting active scheduled transfers, and beyond refunding pre-paid fees for batches not yet "In Progress," we are not liable for losses from discontinuation. We may update these Terms; material changes will be flagged, and continued use after they take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms follow the same governing law, venue, and jury-trial-waiver provisions as the Domain Registration Agreement (Illinois, USA; Cook County).
